Let’s make your next real estate move the right one
I’ve been a Realtor in the U.S. for over 20 years and also help my clients explore real estate opportunities in Mexico. Recently, a client from Dallas reached out to me looking for a retirement property that could also serve as an Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. I connected her with Emilia—and within 10 days, they had found the one.
Later on my client shared that she had initially been working with another agent but didn’t feel truly heard. She said he kept pushing his own listings and didn’t take the time to understand what she wanted. But when she met Emilia, everything changed. She immediately felt a genuine connection and knew she was in the right hands. Emilia also helped our buyers open a bank account and get all their documentation in order (her husband is an attorney, which is extremely helpful).
What truly touched me was what happened next. Shortly after, the buyers went back to Mexico to close on their purchase, the husband wasn’t feeling well and reached out to Emilia for a doctor referral. The doctor Emilia recommended ended up saving his life!
That level of care and trust goes far beyond a real estate transaction.
Who you know really does make all the difference—especially when buying in another country.
"Thinking about a move to Mexico? Start with Emilia. Over the past year, I’ve had dozens of conversations with friends, colleagues, and business owners who are considering relocating to Mexico—whether part-time or full-time. And nearly all of them ask the same question: “Who can I trust to guide me through it?”
My answer is always the same: Emilia.
Emilia and her husband Luis are an exceptional team. Luis is a knowledgeable, well-regarded lawyer, and together they bring a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and cultural sensitivity. What truly stood out to me was not just their expertise—but their humanity.
They’re deeply connected in the Puerto Vallarta community, and during my own due diligence phase, I came across others who spoke highly of them before I even mentioned their names. That says a lot.
They work seamlessly with both Canadian and American representatives and legal professionals in a way that makes the entire process feel safe, transparent, and—dare I say it—exciting. But what really sets them apart is that they don’t treat this like a transaction. They treat it like a transition, and they understand the emotional weight that comes with moving your life, your family, and your dreams to a new country.
If you're even thinking about making a move to Mexico, do yourself a favour—reach out to Emila, her youtube link enclosed. She’s not just the right person to guide you… she’s the right kind of person.
Feel free to message me if you want to hear more about my experience. I’d recommend her a hundred times over.
